UK man caught in the act in art gallery (CCTV)
In the video, we see a man casually strolling around in an art gallery, viewing the paintings. Suddenly, he finds a handy and small painting and attempts to put it under his jacket (without success).
He decides to take a chance and attempt to stroll out of the Castle Fine Art Gallery in Birmingham with the picture under his arm. However, thanks to CCTV surveillance, gallery staff were aware of what was going on and confronted him outside the gallery. He man returned the painting, but left in a hurry before police arrived.
What would you do to avoid your car getting towed? Watch what this guy did!
Apparently the Waltham Forest council in the U.K. sent a tow truck to take away a car that was illegally parked. The man objected, got on the truck, into his car, and simply put it in reverse ....
Someone watching the incident caught the whole thing on video. What language they are speaking is unknown.. :)

Plagiarism is not a form of flattery and I've had enough
Anyone out there that writes, especially for a living, knows just how bad it is when someone steals their hard work. There is at least one little Macedonian guy out there doing it on a regular basis and making money with Adsense in the process.
What makes it even worse, they are not only stealing every single article I (and various other authors) publish on Guardian Liberty Voice, but in the process they are taking credit as author on the home page, butchering the English in the article to the extent that it no longer makes any sense, and then, heaven forbid, even leaving my name at the bottom of the article. They even come up in certain Google searches, for goodness sake.Have a look at this... these are the latest articles published by me on Guardian Liberty Voice:
http://guardianlv.com/author/sewellanne/
and here we have a list of articles, stolen and butchered by our Macedonian plagiarizer - I searched his site using my name:
https://www.empoweryourmind.info/?s=Anne+Sewell
See what I mean? Guardian Liberty Voice is taking action against the guy, but this has been going on now for well over a month.
Besides leaving the odd rude note on his G+ and Facebook profile pages, has anyone got any good ideas how to stop this thieving moron?
The photo isn't the actual criminal BTW, and is CC-by-SA and courtesy Ed and Lex

Earthlapse: Timelapse video of Earth ... from space
While the music could maybe be a bit more dramatic than mere house music, this timelapse video is absolutely stunning.
It was created from photos taken by ESA astronaut Alexander Gerst while orbiting Earth on the International Space Station. The video was created in Ultra High Definition - the highest available, so if you have the bandwidth, for full effect don't forget to change your settings on the YouTube video while watching...
According to the description on YouTube, basically this time lapse video is a sequence of still photos, taken at a resolution of 4256 x 2832 pixels at a rate of one every second. The high resolution allowed the ESA production team to create a 3840 x 2160 pixel movie, also known as Ultra HD or 4K.
The artistic effects of the light trails from stars and cities at night are created by superimposing the individual images and fading them out slowly.
Alexander Gerst is a member of the International Space Station Expedition 40 crew. He is spending five and a half months living and working on the ISS for his Blue Dot mission.

Video: Russian road rage driver attacked by SpongeBob SquarePants & Mickey Mouse
An angry driver in Russia got more than he bargained for when, in a fit of road rage, he stopped a van on the highway and ended up being attacked by, among others, a full-size SpongeBob SquarePants.
The whole thing apparently happened in the city of Chelyabinsk at around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. Some guys were driving along when they captured on their dashcam what looks like a vehicle stop, followed by a little road rage, and then the most amazing scene. As the "road rager" stands shouting at the van, from the other side, out pops SpongeBob SquarePants, Mickey Mouse and what looks like a bear and a giant squirrel. The life-sized cartoon characters then proceed to beat the man up. The men filming the incident laugh as the victim lies on the road helpless.
It is not sure if this was an actual event, or if it was staged, but it certainly caused a lot of laughter - watch below...
Video: No chance for the fish as 100s of pelicans dive en masse
Hundreds of pelicans were seemingly rather peckish when they carpet-bombed, en masse, the waves in this seaside spot.
While the voice of the videographer is speaking Italian, there is no indication of where this actually happened, but it sure brings up memories of Hitchcock's "The Birds"... a tad scary perhaps?
... and as one clever commenter posted, "Angry birds are not as fun in real life..."

Viral Video: Watch a tornado caught live on a dashcam
This video appears to have been taken back on 03/01/13, but was only uploaded to YouTube on September 1st this year by user Bulat Nazarov.
It is unknown if there was anyone in the car at the time, but the dashboard camera captured the damage caused by the tornado, apparently in Bashkiria (Republic of Bashkortostan) up close and personal. It certainly looks like the car did better than the building did ...
Jennifer Lawrence, nude photos and what the hell was she thinking
In this current surveillance state of a world that we live in, why did this celebrity take naked photos of herself with her own phone, and either leave them on the damn thing or upload them into that tenuous and insecure entity called "the Cloud"?
Back in July this year, that famous NSA whistleblower, Ed Snowden, informed the world of how, among other nasty little things, guys who work for the NSA on a routine basis pass around naked photos and videos taken from people's private mobile phones worldwide. They have a good laugh while they are doing it too, no doubt.
So if this spoiled little madam is upset about her naked pics being shared around online, let this be a lesson to everyone. If you don't want your nude pics passed around like last week's dirty laundry, don't make the bloody things available! Remove them from your phone, do not upload them to the Internet or the "Cloud"... it's sort of simple really. I am now picturing everyone reading this, madly scrolling through their photos on their very insecure cell phones.
And it further seems from the evidence, if something is up in the "Cloud," like rain, it can fall anywhere.... especially into unscrupulous hands.
