Bentley luxury car gets coated in concrete in Russia (Video)

It is probably a good idea to know if there is construction work happening in the parking garage you use. 

This luxury Bentley car, along with several others, got thoroughly coated in concrete during the process.  Apparently it belongs to a Russian celebrity... bet he or she is not happy ...
